Registration

When you arrive at the hospital, you have to register yourself at the kiosk at the reception with your identity card. Afterwards you will be referred to the Ear-Nose-Throat department where you have to register again at the general desk of the service. You will be given a tablet on which you will need to complete a few questionnaires in the waiting room in preparation for the consultation, if you have not already done so at home.​

After the consultation​

After the consultation you report back to the secretariat the service. Here the necessary appointments and / or research are booked for you. You get all appointments with place and time on paper.

if you already have a history with regard to your current complaint, your full ENT file and photos / scans made regarding your voice problem. This way we can limit the request for new exams

How to prepare your consultation?
The consultation at the voice clinic is a combined consultation during which you will be seen by both the doctor and a speech therapist. The voice consultation, together with the voice examination, discussion of the results, and treatment proposal, takes an average of 1 hour. To ensure that the consultation runs smoothly, we ask you to fill out a few questionnaires at home in advance via the care portal. A few days before the consultation, you will receive a text message or email reminder. If you are unable to complete these questionnaires at home, please report to the ear, nose, and throat department office so that you can complete them on a tablet.
